This machine uses a linear roller conveyor to transport a range of round products to the labelling head, where the label is applied before being wrapped around whilst still travelling. Speeds of up to 400 products per minute are achievable.

The HS-RC machine is aimed at the high volume sector of the market where output is of paramount importance. With such speeds, an infeed hopper dosing system is fitted and like many of Sessions machines, this is tailor-made for the product in question.

The machine can be quickly changed from one product size to another with minimum change parts. This system is available in 'apply only' or 'print & apply' version. It can accept a hot foil printer as shown in the picture where it is seen labelling batteries.
