fully automatic RCV Datum labeller is designed around their Spectrum
labelling machines.
These light, robust and extremely flexible labellers lend themselves ideally to interfacing with other equipment. The
RCV Datum machine is capable of handling a range of vials with
minimum change parts. Its unique rise and fall mechanism inside
the infeed hopper ensures that a constant supply of products
are fed to the dosing mechanism which in turn feeds the vials
into the indexing carousel. |

cap labels are applied at one station with the body wrap label
being applied at the next.
The machine system has the ability to interface with a hot foil coder so text details can be applied to either label at the point of interface. Speeds in excess of 60 products per minute are attainable and the machine comes with auto unload feature. |
