Aerosol Function Test/Labelling Machine

Our range comprises of the Aerosol Function Test/Labelling Machine which was developed for the metered dose aerosol production. A fully automatic multi-station function testing machine, specifically designed for the pharmaceutical industry. Designed and manufactured by Sessions of York, the RC range can also label syringes, vials, round metal containers, personal healthcare products and many other small round items which do not lend themselves to traditional handling systems.

The unit can be designed to check-weigh, valve test, ink-jet and apply a self adhesive label to a multitude of small diameter products and aerosols.

This machine was supplied to a pharmaceutical customer who needed to function test medicinal aerosol propellants.

The machine initially primes the valve and then depresses it to ascertain its efficiency both in function and dosage. The aerosol is finally labelled or ink jet marked.

Between each function test is a reject station and the system has a full data recall system.

The aerosol testing machine is designed around Sessions unique walking beam product transport conveyor which was perfected for their popular RC30 labelling machine.
