| Our
range comprises of the Aerosol Function Test/Labelling
Machine which was developed for the metered dose aerosol production. A
fully automatic multi-station function testing machine, specifically
designed for the pharmaceutical industry.
This machine was supplied to a pharmaceutical customer who needed to function test medicinal aerosol propellants. The machine initially primes the valve and then depresses it to ascertain its efficiency both in function and dosage. The aerosol is finally labelled or ink jet marked.
The aerosol testing machine is designed around Sessions unique walking beam product transport conveyor which was perfected for their popular RC30 labelling machine. |
The unit can be designed to check-weigh, valve test, ink-jet and
apply a self adhesive label to a multitude of small diameter products
and aerosols.
Between each function test is a reject station and the system
has a full data recall system.
