The Datum 360 labelling system has been designed and built after being approached by a large packaging company with a challenge!

The unit gates the drums, releases them one at a time and then they are individually captivated at the labelling station and revolved.

A unique scanning system then descends and picks up its signal from the open filler port and signals the labelling unit.

The scanner will automatically adjust to suit varying heights of containers.

The unit has full peripheral register capability and can apply one or more labels at pre-determined positions.

Speeds of up to 600 units per hour with single label application, or 500 units per hour multi-hit.

Drums from 5 litre to 200 litre capacity can be accommodated.
