Multi-Track
Designed around Sessions' successful Spectrum labeller, the multi-track cross web labeller comprises of two labelling units mounted side-by-side. The double headed machine has one shared dispensing beak, feeding labels in a pre-determined format onto the cross web transport conveyor, which is PLC linked to the primary conveyor. |
Unlike
standard cross web applications with single track labelling onto
indexing products, the Sessions' multi-track cross web
labeller will apply multiple labels at speed and in virtually
any arrangement
across a wide range of web widths. Due
to the innovative dual track configuration of the system, the number
of labels placed during indexing pauses
is increased
and both the products to be labelled and the pattern in which they
are conveyed, can be quickly and easily changed. Labels are applied
firmly but gently by the 'kiss touch' method, which provides
excellent adhesion without the risk of product damage.
Using the multi-track's custom design software program, a large number of label formation combinations can be instantly and easily selected. |
