SESSIONS LAUNCHES FURTHER ‘ENTRY LEVEL’ DIRECT THERMAL TRANSFER

Versatile AP5.4 model combines value and performance

The launch of the AP5.4 Thermal Transfer Printer completes the introduction of a new range of entry-level models from Sessions of York. Versatility, performance and price are key benefits of this model, which can print virtually anything at high speed. This includes identification plates, self-adhesive labels, paper, card and plastics such as PP, PE, PVC and PA. The AP5.4 operates at 300 dpi producing high quality print standards at speeds up to 150mm per second in its 11.8 dot configuration. The printed images, including bar codes, VDE and other symbols, font and serial numbers, are resistant to hostile conditions such as chemicals and abrasion.

Designed for simple, trouble-free operation, the robust yet lightweight unit can be moved easily within an organisation to print where needed. The compact unit is designed for fast, trouble-free media changes for foils and labels. Versatility is a major benefit of the AP5.4 as it handles paper, card and plastics materials efficiently from the roll or fan-fold stack.

The AP5.4, supplied with an Ethernet connection, is easily integrated into existing systems or it can be used off-line in an office environment.
