As a supplier of a wide range of quality Pet & Aquatic products, Sinclair required a machine that could apply labels to its awkwardly shaped packaging and the Sequence 300/4 was the ideal solution. Constructed in full stainless steel with a nylon slat conveyor and speed synchronised drive functions, and with twin labelling heads, the Sequence 300/4 can apply front and or back panel labels to oval, rectangular or square products and even has an additional station to apply full or part wrap labels with optional registration to round products.

For the Sinclair application, the Sequence 300/4 was fitted with chain aligners to ensure that the awkwardly shaped bottles stayed stable and centrally aligned. The spokesperson continued: "With speeds of up to 140 products per minute, the new machine has speeded things up and has helped our production dramatically. We required a few modifications to our system including chain aligners and an extension to the conveyor, but everything went well and was completed on time. Over the years the service from Sessions has been exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with both the before and after sales service we received. For this particular application, the Sequence 300/4 labeller perfectly suited our demanding requirements, plus with Sessions the price is always competitive and the engineering standard is outstanding."
