Sessions of York has supplied Cleenol Group Ltd, recognised as one of the UK’s leading developers, manufacturers and suppliers of cleaning and hygiene products, with a second Sequence 300/4 labeller.

Cleenol Group Ltd originally required a labeller to significantly improve operations by eliminating the need to manually apply labels and by reducing its stock holding of screen printed bottles. Sessions provided the perfect solution with the compact Sequence 300/4, and this solution proved so successful Cleenol Group did not hesitate in ordering a second machine.

Designed to label a variety of bottle shapes, both Sequence 300/4 labelling machines are operating in the largest of Cleenol’s three warehouses, labelling five litre plastic containers, trigger sprays and round bottles without the need to change the set-up of the machine. A spokesperson for Cleenol comments: “We chose Sessions because of the high quality of their machines and although it wasn’t the cheapest option, we regard the Sequence 300/4 as the definitive labeller and the one best suited to our demanding needs.”

From point of feed, containers are fully controlled, spaced and centralised by a top stabilising conveyor as they pass the labelling station; a spokesperson for Cleenol explains: “The top stabilising conveyor ensures maximum accuracy of placement and improved quality of labelling. Because of this we have been able to reduce the number of our screen printed bottles and, as a result, benefit from more warehouse space or smaller rental costs.”

The operator friendly, cost effective Sequence labeller is rugged and easy to maintain. Fully clad in stainless steel it has an easily cleaned nylon mini slat conveyor and Cleenol’s spokesperson confirms: “We have found maintenance very easy and it runs to fully suit our operatives.” In conclusion he says: “Sessions are competitive, deliver on time and provide an excellent, first class service.”
