Sessions of York is launching its most flexible labeller in the popular SEQUENCE range to date – the new Sequence Total. Renowned for their robustness and reliability, the Sequence labellers are extremely versatile - labelling containers of virtually any size and shape. Going a step further, the state-of-the-art Sequence Total can be cleverly transformed into three different versions of the machine simply by adding the accessory options, providing customers with a wide range of labelling options.

The basic configuration of the labeller is the Sequence 300/4 model which labels round, square, rectangular and oval containers. This is then modified with extra large powered reel holders allowing the machine to label large sized containers at very high speeds with the extra scope for label and reel size. In addition, the Sequence Total can be adapted with the transposition of a three roller drive station that will allow round products to be labelled with full or part wrap labels either randomly or in register.

This innovative machine from Sessions also incorporates a new digital control box making it extremely accurate and easy to use. The three roller registration module is interchangeable with a standard roll down unit and this can be changed over within minutes, saving on machine downtime.

A centrally supported redesigned labelling head ensures the Sequence Total achieves perfect label placement in application and an infeed product spacing mechanism with its oval positioner also guarantees superior labelling accuracy. Batch and date codes can be printed at the point of application using Sessions’ well-proven Catprint hot foil coder which is designed to produce consistently high quality print standards.

By combining all these features into one machine, Sessions of York’s Sequence Total now provides even more labelling possibilities than ever before.
