SESSIONS BOUNCES TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Sessions of York continues to produce innovative labelling solutions for a variety of industries and consequently has developed the Kangaroo self-adhesive label.

Providing the customer with a label that embodies a multitude of functions, which can greatly help to facilitate their packaging process, Sessions' Kangaroo labels are pre-printed for subsequent over printing on demand. Once the main fully printed label is removed from the liner it is applied to the product's outer case but it incorporates other secondary labels which remain integrated with the main label until they are subsequently required. A variable quantity of secondary labels can be included in this way and they can be applied to other cartons throughout the manufacturing, storage and usage of the product.

Precise die cutting through both the face stock and the backing paper enables the secondary labels to remain in situ until required. Taking its name from the fact that a small label can be cut out of a large label, the Kangaroo label is superbly printed in multi-colour and comes in a range of sizes. The labels are supplied in reels and are printed in-house using a thermal transfer printer to ensure that the application of batch codes and usage dates are in accordance with the customer's manufacturing procedures.

Sessions of York continues to push forward the frontiers of technical development by creating new self-adhesive label products which ensure its customers are able to utilise the latest self-adhesive label technology.
The company supplies an extensive range of high performance labelling machines, which are available ex-stock or can be custom built to suit individual requirements.
